Stephanie Kitsemble, REALTOR®

Originally from Wisconsin, Stephanie Kitsemble lived in San Francisco for 20 years before locating to the Sarasota area in 2003. With an extensive background in marketing, she owned and operated a marketing company for 18 years in the San Francisco Bay area. During this time, she also served as the US representative for a French transfer of technology firm.

After gaining experience working for a commercial developer in San Francisco, Stephanie obtained her real estate license in 2003 in Sarasota. To complement her customer-focused style, she brings an advanced level of service to her clients and specializes in waterfront properties, the second-home market and investment real estate. Additionally, she has earned the Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) REO Specialist (REOS) and Transnational Referral Certifications (TRC) designations. Prior to joining the Siesta Key office of Michael Saunders & Company, Stephanie was the broker for the Gulf & Bay Club here on Siesta Key.

An active part of the community, Stephanie has been a mentor for young children through the Boys and Girls Club. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, hiking and traveling.
