After owning and operating several successful businesses, Suzette started her real estate career in 1986 in Newport, RI, where she earned numerous real estate designations and awards as a specialist in luxury waterfront properties, new community developments and ITC condominium conversions. She later joined Benchmark Associates, a boutique Newport real estate brokerage firm.

Like many other "snow birds" who fall in love with the Florida lifestyle, Suzette and her family moved to Longboat Key in 1996, where she continued her real estate career with Michael Saunders & Company. Her experience and knowledge of luxury waterfront properties, residential and condominium developments have earned her respect and recognition within the industry. In today’s challenging real estate market, Suzette's market knowledge and sales and negotiation skills have earned her the trust and confidence of buyers and sellers.
