A specialist in residential sales and service since 1996, Theresa Brown brings a lengthy list of accomplishments from successful careers both in Florida and Maine.

Prior to her real estate career, Theresa accumulated an impressive array of accomplishments in her 11 years with an industrial computer company, with her primary focus in customer and sales support. Her growth and success were attributed to her dedication and diligence to company goals and achieving customer satisfaction, which she brings to her real estate practice.

Theresa began her real estate career in Ft. Myers, Florida, where she specialized in waterfront and golf course communities for several years. Relocating to Portland, Maine, and practicing in a different market, different landscape and different housing, her knowledge base expanded—as did her customers. She was a member of a top-producing sales team, a distinction the team earned for several consecutive years. While in Maine, she conceived, developed and taught a first-time homebuyer class even as she educated senior citizens about housing and lifestyle options that could simplify their lives. She also earned widespread local recognition as a specialist in helping seniors.
