Raised in the Sarasota/Bradenton area, Theresa Guest brings an in-depth local knowledge to every homebuyer and seller she serves. Having attended elementary school in Sarasota and middle and high school in Bradenton, Theresa possesses a high level of community familiarity essential for assisting in real estate decisions. In addition, she is an avid boater and is very knowledgeable of the local waterways and waterfront lifestyle.

Prior to her career as a Realtor, Theresa owned and operated a furniture import and distribution company. Before this role, she worked as a software engineer project manager for over 15 years for a top accounting firm and a Fortune 500 company.

Theresa has extensive knowledge of listing and purchasing both short sale and bank-owned properties. Her ownership of a company along with her project management career proves she has strong organization and communication skills, which are critical to ensuring successful real estate transactions.

Theresa attended the University of Florida and Florida Atlantic University, from which she earned a BA in computer information systems.
