Danny Williams

Danny Williams brings a wealth of proven expertise in all facets of the real estate industry to his role as the managing broker of Michael Saunders & Company’s two St. Armands Circle office locations.

A graduate of the University of Central Florida, Danny relocated to Sarasota from the Orlando/Winter Park area, where he was a top-selling agent and assistant manager with Coldwell Banker. In 2007, he was awarded that company’s prestigious Legends Society designation for logging over $47 million in closed sales. Danny also owned and operated his own real estate company in Winter Park, and has been an instructor with the Bert Rodgers School of Real Estate, where he helped more than 30,000 students successfully achieve licensure. He also conducted continuing education classes, courses in condominium law and sales training sessions.

In 2009, Danny earned the position of assistant manger of Coldwell Banker’s Winter Park office, which houses more than 150 agents. As part of his managerial responsibilities, he conducted weekly instructional and training sessions on such timely topics as short sales, real estate contracts and purchasing bank-owned properties. As both a company owner and managing broker, he has overseen all aspects of real estate—including commercial sales and leasing, new luxury condominium development and pre-sales, and residential re-sales.
