A longtime Gulf Coast real estate professional, Jim’s breadth of management experience includes overseeing property development, product marketing; sales coordination and sales training as president of his own real estate development firm.
Jim is very familiar with the property market in Southwest Florida having worked extensively in markets from Naples to Sarasota and Longboat Key. A Pennsylvania native, he was most recently president of a Naples-based real estate development company that specialized in high-end luxury condominiums. As such he was responsible for every aspect of the company’s management and operations, including land acquisition, design, budgeting, market research, employee training and sales.
