Megan Cassidy is a 19-year veteran of the real estate industry who has held positions in real estate management, strategic development and consulting. In these roles she maintained the perspective that the most important goal of a real estate manager should be the coaching and guidance they bring to their team. Megan's strength in real estate management is the ability to fine-tune a coaching program and business plan around the specific growth plans of each agent. Whether branching out into a new market or price range, making a leap in production, or building new business as a new agent, Megan works with each sales associate to curate an approach that leads to greater success.
Megan is the proud mom of three amazing children. She and her husband love to golf, love attending college football games and look forward every year to the NCAA Final Four Tournament.
