Sharon Gould started as a local Realtor® when she emigrated from the UK, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and over 25 years of experience working in real estate management and customer service. As the Branch Manager for the Michael Saunders & Company Longboat Key South and Mid Longboat Key offices, she is whole-heartedly committed to the success of more than 60 prominent real estate professionals and has found her spiritual home working for a company founded and led by one of the most inspirational entrepreneurs she's ever known – Michael Saunders.
Sharon's immediate success in real estate can be attributed to her professional drive, empathy, and previous experience. In the UK, she worked as a broker for a nationwide real estate company and served as a head of customer services, handling 6,500 rental properties, and managing a relocation project for 1,500 families. In Sharon's first year on the Gulf Coast of Florida, she was named Newcomer of the Year by the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee and won recognition for her sales volume. Following graduation from the Florida Realtors Leadership Academy, she decided to channel her energy as a top-producing agent into a passion for developing and assisting other agents to achieve their full potential.
Sharon believes marketing and selling every category of residential real estate is essential to providing exceptional customer experiences and considers education and continual learning the key to success in a fast-changing industry. She makes time to develop and deliver educational sessions and one-on-one guidance that allow her agents to continue operating to the best of their abilities and leading by example in their communities.
An ambassador for the Gulf Coast lifestyle, Sharon lives in Palmer Ranch and has loved making the cultural haven of Sarasota her fulltime home. In her downtime, she enjoys discovering new authors and recipes and considers herself a ballroom dancing junkie, lapsed marathon runner, enthusiastic volunteer, serial overachiever, and proud British immigrant turned American citizen.
