Bob Smith

Bob Smith manages over 750,000 square feet of prime commercial property, a significant increase from the 200,000+ square feet he managed when he joined Michael Saunders & Company in 1998. With over 25 years of property management experience, Bob believes in a proactive, hands-on strategy and oversees all aspects of operations, in addition to minimizing liabilities for property owners, enhancing tenant relations, increasing property values and achieving budgets. Bob directs a staff of four, in addition to many subcontractors.
