A Florida-native, Charlie brings 25 years' experience in real estate and technology to his position as Director of IT at Michael Saunders & Company®. Most recently, he was Director of IT at Watson Realty Corp. in Jacksonville, FL. Prior to that, Charlie spent over two decades with the Naples Area Board of Realtors® and MLS of Naples, where he served as Chief Information Officer.
Charlie has achieved various technology and real estate designations, including e-Pro, Certified Multiple Listing Executive (CMLX), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Google Analytics Individual Qualification. He has a BA in Political Science from Stetson University in Central Florida.
Charlie has three sons and has been married to his wife, Daisy, since 2015. They love Florida's west coast and spending time at the beach, visiting state and national parks, and taking advantage of the area's many cultural opportunities. In his spare time, Charlie enjoys scuba diving, martial arts, traveling, playing the piano, and practicing his Portuguese.
