With more than thirty-three years of experience encompassing all facets of real estate, from new homes and condominiums to commercial sales, acquisitions and leasing, market research and property management, Dennis Dahm brings a wealth of professional knowledge to his role as Director of Michael Saunders & Company’s Commercial Group. Dennis is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, and the Sarasota Board of Realtors. He also served in the past on the Board of Directors and Membership Committee of the Venice Area Board of Realtors, and he holds a South Carolina Real Estate Brokers License. Dennis was a senior instructor for Bert Rodgers Schools of Real Estate for nine years. He also owned and operated Dennis Dahm Real Estate Courses in South Carolina for eight years, and is a Fourth Degree Member of the Knights of Columbus. As the head of the Commercial Division, Dennis offers his professional expertise and leads a team of exceptional commercial real estate agents who proudly serve the business real estate needs of Florida’s Gulf Coast.
