A Message From Michael Saunders
My good friends:
Hard to believe, but yes we´re on the threshold of another New Year. 2009 is
looking to be every bit as challenging as its predecessor was.
It´s now the accepted wisdom that the economy won´t stop bleeding until the
housing market stops bleeding; which won´t happen until first aid is delivered
directly to homeowners at risk for foreclosure. There are some very salient
ideas now being floated to do just that. Read about some of them here.
On a more positive note, the beat goes on. As we continue on through the winter
season, buyers are still buying; and sellers are still selling. Homes are being
sold in every price range with one goal uniting all buyers: price. If you must
sell in today´s market, your home must be so aggressively priced that it
becomes one of the undisputed best buying opportunities in its competitive set.
It´s that simple–and that important.
You can rest assured that the associates of Michael Saunders & Company will
continue to adapt brilliantly to every new twist and turn in the market. As in
every one of our 32 years in business, our New Year´s resolve is to continue
raising the bar on the level of knowledge and service that you can expect with
every new transaction.

surprises us all by being prosperous beyond our wildest expectations.
