We have known Anja for almost 10 years, and she was our real estate agent when we bought our first house in Florida. There was one very minor issue identified during the inspection that was not corrected prior to closing and Anja offered to have it fixed at her expense after the closing. Unfortunately, her experienced plumber was unable to correct the problem saying it would require very extensive repairs behind the bathroom wall and I decided I can live with a very minor dripping faucet.For sure, if I ever have real estate needs in the Sarasota area I would use Anja and I would highly recommend her to others.
