Bob Moffatt and his team led us to the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood and the perfect location. We couldn't have asked for anything better. Things have settled down for us since our closing on April 18, 2019. As you know, there were manydetails to take care of for our new home both before and after closing. You enabled us to do theclosing remotely - you were literally our eyes and ears throughout this process.Among a myriad of other things you helped us hire a pool maintenance company, enter into a pestcontrol contract, obtain an existing survey and many, many other tasks. In fact, we are planning tovisit our ‘new’ home on May 13, 2019, for the first time. Bob was unbelievable, and still helping us out adjusting to the neighborhood. Peggy was also great; what a team! Never seen anything like it before. 

This was the fourth real estate transaction that Bob Moffatt helped us with. A month or two ago I provided him with a list of 15 items which we would like to see in the property we hoped to buy in Florida. Bob and his team are to be commended.
