Over the course of our 30 years together, we have bought and sold a number of homes. We thought we had enjoyed the services of some good realtors over that time. Then we worked with Sue Lee. I am writing to let you know about my experiences with your agent, Chris Baylis. We had a home on acreage to sell. I called your office and was referred to Chris as a specialist in that type of property. We interviewed 3 agents from 3 different firms and found Chris to be, we felt, the most knowledgeable for us. She even had to help the buyer’s realtor with addendums and problems with her client. Chris educated us on what to look for or what to avoid in the homes she took us to view. She listened to our wants and needs through the entire process, then showed us homes that met those requests. She was quick to respond to our request to see homes or with questions. Chris was extremely professional but has a warmth about her that eases any concerns a seller or buyer may experience. In this busy market, she didn’t let any time pass so we could view and enter offers on homes we were interested in buying. We were out bid on two previous homes but Chris was determined to find us a perfect home and she did. We would highly recommend Chris Baylis to our family and friends! Chris is an amazing agent! Friendly, professional, responsive and had our best interests in mind when looking for a home ! I found her randomly ( no referrals) and she kept communicating with us for the first 12 months while we began our home search across the country. She responded to our questions and was not "pushy" with unwanted information or sales pitches like other agents we had come in contact with. Being in Oregon, we had no idea what to expect in purchasing a home in Florida. She educated us on everything from insurance, pests, issues with mold/humidity, inspections, and the home buying process. If there was something she could not advise us on , she had referrals and suggestions on who to contact. She took our wish list in a home , our priorities and our price range and presented us with great options in the Lakewood Ranch area ( she knows it very well) Chris would mention red flags in certain properties that she noticed that we had no idea about. She made the home shopping process fun and educational ! She was prompt, informative and always found great options for us. We ended up flying in from Oregon to Florida with the intention of looking, expecting to rent. We shopped with Chris for approximately 5 days and found our new home! Through the tedious paperwork process to the final close- Chris was there every step of the way. She responds quickly to texts, phone calls and gets everything done in a timely manner. She managed the inspections and oversaw details we couldn't when we were out of state. We couldn't imagine a better experience! Chris has become a great friend and agent. Just wanted to send a quick note to say that Chris went above and beyond on both our purchase in Bradenton and sale in Palmetto, she is a very hard working person.
