I am writing to let you know how highly my mom and I think of Greg Zies not only as a broker but as a person and how well he represents Michael Saunders & Company. We used him not only when we bought the house in 2016 but also when it was time to sell this past December and he was also helpful in times of need in between as this was a second home and we were not there a lot of the time. He was extremely patient with my mom when she was looking for a home to buy in the area and was also great throughout the whole sale process. I would not have thought of using anyone else nor would I hesitate to recommend him to anyone either buying or selling in the area. My home was sold very quickly and to the first person who saw it and I want to thank you guys again for making the whole process easy as it was all done on my end from New York and I never had to come down as Greg took care of everything. We live in Maine and wanted to find a Two bedroom ground level condo with no one above us in the Bradenton FL. Area. We were in Bradenton over the holidays, and were looking for a condo that allowed two smaller dogs, as the one we currently own only allowed one. Greg found us eleven listings meeting this criteria, as well as our budget, and we were able to visit the ones we selected the next day. (Remember, this was during the week before Christmas) We presented an offer, negotiated further after the inspection, and had the entire deal done in three days. Greg provided information on mortgage brokers that could close quickly, and we worked with two, selecting one who was great to work with, and we had the mortgage locked up very quickly, as well.
