It is highly unlikely, as charming as we can sometimes be, that we were the easiest, most decisive clients that Gregory has encountered. We are retired from Colorado and decided we would like to have a home in Florida. We were in Bradenton over the holidays, and were looking for a condo that allowed two smaller dogs, as the one we currently own only allowed one. Greg found us eleven listings meeting this criteria, as well as our budget, and we were able to visit the ones we selected the next day. (Remember, this was during the week before Christmas) We presented an offer, negotiated further after the inspection, and had the entire deal done in three days. Greg provided information on mortgage brokers that could close quickly, and we worked with two, selecting one who was great to work with, and we had the mortgage locked up very quickly, as well. Greg went over the top to accommodate our schedule, and guided us quickly and easily through the process. He has stayed in touch, offering suggestions for repair professionals when we need them.
