Jill and Audrey Singer did an excellent job in selling my deceased mother's house.  Their service was spectacular. The house was a tear-down, so getting the proper price point selected was quite difficult.  The Singers watched the markets, told me when they felt we needed to move the price and managed the pricing issue in an effective and professional way.  I think I got a great deal on the final sales price because of their experience.  I live in Colorado so when property issues came up, I relied on the Singers to find me qualified contractors and oversee the work.  They must have the largest Rolodex in Florida because they always had an old friend ready and able to help.  The contractors were professional and got the job done in a short time frame and at very reasonable costs.  This brought me immense relief because I didn't have to jump on a plane to come down and supervise.  Jill and Audrey treated this house as though it was theirs. I can't thank them enough for that personal touch. Finally, and most importantly, these lovely ladies, with their expert knowledge and wonderful personalities, made the process incredibly enjoyable. Seldom is one allowed to be involved in a transaction of this scale where so much laughing is involved. Laughter is a powerful tool, especially when used correctly. This dynamic duo are pros when it comes to humor.  There was no end-of-the-world scenario where they didn't see the humor in it.  Thank you for your service.
