Julia recently represented us in both the sale of our Sarasota home and the purchase of a new home. I wanted to sell one of my investment properties, and Julia and a Realtor from a different company worked up comps. Both women's comps were supported by recent sales of homes similar to mine and in the same neighborhood. Julia's comps were $30,000 more than the other person's. Obviously I listed with Julia, and I within $3000 of the asking price. Had I not listed with Julia, I would have lost at least $30,000. I found Julia to be hardworking, intelligent, businesslike, and efficient. She has very good resources. Obviously when I'm ready to sell another property, I will call her.
