We give Kathy 5 stars. We are VERY picky (skeptical even) when it comes to real estate “services”. Kathy is good. Very good. She earns her stripes when it comes to grasping a situation and communicating properly in a sales negotiation. We have even contacted her after the sale and she has proven to give reliable information time and again -and if she doesn’t have a resource to offer she says so (although this is rare). Highly recommend.

.  Kathy Harman was just fantastic to work with and she spent countless hours finding us the right home, at the right price in a very competitive market.  Before Kathy, we were using a local AMI realtor (one of the largest on the island starting with an “S”) that was not responsive and had little knowledge or care of the sales process or what we really were looking for.  I met Kathy at an open house and she reached out directly to us a few days later with options and a search strategy.  I was blown away by both knowledge of real-estate, but maybe more importantly, her attention to detail and amazing work ethic.  I have bought or sold at least 10 properties in my lifetime, and she is by far the best agent I have ever been associated with.  I also want to say that the MSC title and MSC Mortgage company(s) were also great partners and everything was well coordinated resulting in a stress-free process. 

Kathy went above and beyond to make sure that we'd be happy with our new home. Kathy was our eyes and ears as we were buying from out of state, and she exceeded our expectations as a trusted partner in our real estate transaction. We have recommended Kathy to all our friends and family interested in property on AMI.

Kathy was fantastic. She was the selling broker, and we were the buyer. Kathy navigated things beautifully to make the deal happen. Our conversations with Kathy went from March through getting the deal done in November. Our broker was not from Anna Maria so we have relied on Kathy to better understand Anna Maria, potential contractors, restaurants to try, finding a good fishing boat guide and on and on. Kathy has become a trusted broker, even though we were not her client. We had breakfast with her recently. If we do any more buying and selling on the island, it will be with Kathy! Bravo!

So easy and awesome to deal with. Bought a house and sold a house with Kathy. I have done numerous transactions over the years and I would put Kathy at the top.

Our experience with Kathy Harman was definitely the best one in many ways. We had listed our house with another real estate agent and it had been on the market for over 250 days. We approached Kathy by phone since we reside in Canada and had a couple of discussions with her prior to signing up with Kathy and Michael Saunders. We knew right away she would be a better option than our current one. We undertook a minor renovation to help sell the house and Kathy was instrumental in helping us arrange the various contractors involved including painters, landscapers and a decorator. She was always willing to go that extra mile to help us in any way she could. When we received the offer, Kathy was very good with the entire negotiation between us and the buyer. After the house sold we finally met her to sign the paperwork and had some time to get to know her even better. She was professional, efficient and super helpful throughout the entire listing, selling and closing process. We would recommend Kathy to anyone looking for someone to list a property or purchase one in the Anna Maria area.

We had a FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE with Kathy ! From our first hello to our parting goodbye at the closing ! We met with and hug and left with a hug !! She is truly amazing. In fact my husband and I joked SHE was the reason we bought on AMI haha. Honestly, we encountered other real estate agents during showings and we both walked away saying thank goodness we are not working with them. Kathy just gets it. She knows the island and she knows the industry. Most importantly she gets people. She is what I like to call a connector . She is likable and approachable. Was energetic, excited and never made you feel like it was a chore to show us houses. t !! She filled our car rides with fun facts and tidbits about the island.
