Kim was a pleasure to work with from beginning thru closing. Her vast knowledge of the Sarasota area AND real estate market was extremely valuable as we worked thru the list of available homes. Not only is Kim very personable, she actively listened to our requests and set out to ensure that we were well informed / prepared to find the right home. When we found the home, Kim stepped up as an active negotiator to get the contract at the right price. It is our opinion that she went above and beyond with the Seller we had very little issues completing all of required elements for closing (inspections, closing agent, etc.). Kim also is a strong communicator. She was able to keep us up to date thru e-mails, texts & phone calls so that we were proactively aware of both urgent and non-urgent items. Kim was our representative for our home purchase in Sarasota. Kim is such a professional and a pleasure to work with. At the very beginning when we were looking for homes during the Covid-19 pandemic, we mostly worked with Kim through phone calls because we live in southern CA. When we found a home we were interested in, we contacted Kim to see if she could go look at it for us. She made contact with the seller and arranged for a FaceTime walk through the house. Kim was able to build a good rapport with the home seller, and she facilitated resolutions for both us and the home seller. Kim was able to guide us through the initial offer stage to the final escrow process with ease and professionalism.
