My Husband and I moved to Venice Florida 2 years ago. When we decided to buy our home, we were fortunate to have met Maryann Casey. On our own, we constantly looked at homes for sale. After we sold our home in Georgia, Maryann showed us several homes for sale and she quickly picked up on our tastes and expectations. She was so patient with us while we decided what we wanted. We looked at homes that we could flip or rent along with homes that we may want to live in. Maryann went out of her way to call me one day to let us know of a house that was going to be on the market the next day. She and I dropped what we were doing and raced over to meet the listing agent. We put a contract on the house and began the inspections. Since we are not from here, we relied on Maryann to furnish us with inspectors, insurance companies, lock and key companies, landscape people, etc, etc. She had everyone lined up asap and we were pleased with everything she did. After the closing, she brought us homemade dinner the day we were moving in, and lunch the next day!
