We met Melinda while we were investigating a number of properties in the Bradenton, Florida Area. We needed to rely on Melinda’s expertise as we were going to purchase a 2nd home while living in the New England area. Melinda shared her market knowledge with us relating to properties that would fit our vision.  A trust developed with during the process of locating the property and going through the financing. Melinda was there during every step of the process to insure we made the correct offer for the property, secured financing through a lender that would support the property, and closed on the property in the timeframe we were seeking. She was always available for viewings and always returned our phone calls immediately. We credit her for our successful purchase as we were the only customers who viewed the unit that we bought.
