We were referred to Phyllis Garfinkel by another company. She showed us the Sarasota area in great detail and provided us with maps of the area. She was very helpful and energetic. Always patient and helpful each step of the way and never losing her enthusiasm. She never let us down. She worked with us with a broken foot and crutches. The professionalism and ethics that Phyllis brought to our relationship demonstrated the caliber of people Michael Saunders and Company engages as associates.

Our realtor, Phyllis Garfinkel, is one of the most thoughtful, professional, amazing women on the planet and words cannot express how pleased we are to have had her help us through this process.  Phyllis brings to the table more than her understanding of the real estate transaction process but also a complete understanding of what her clientele are looking for as if she has known them forever and can point them to a product that fits their needs perfectly.  Phyllis is an asset to the real estate profession and we will not hesitate to call upon her for future needs. 

Phyllis has been working with my wife’s parents for years and they have always been happy with her work.  We bought a home from a production builder, and with Teresa and myself both being in the construction industry, and it never crossed my mind that we would really need a Realtor in this transaction.  Boy was I wrong! Phyllis provided us support in the Finish Selection process and since we were out of town buyers, she would drive by the house and send us periodic updates which were appreciated.  Our lender was terrible and the process from accepting the loan to closing was harder than it needed to be.  The day before the closing the lender said he would not be able to close; Teresa called Phyllis and Phyllis made it happen.  Phyllis used her experience and her contacts to pull off a miracle and we closed as scheduled.  I appreciate the integrity and professionalism Phyllis showed us throughout the transaction and we will always recommend her to others because she got the job done for her customers, which is more the exception than the rule in today’s society. 

Phyllis Garfinkle did an excellent job in marketing my property and also worked hard in getting the closing completed.  It was not an easy closing due to the fact the buyers were Canadian and had no sense of urgency in providing necessary information.  Thanks again to Michael Saunders & Company and the work that Phyllis did to make it happen.

 Phyllis respected our feelings about safety by distancing andusing masks. There were difficulties also with FHA rules and regulations. Throughout the process when wefrustrated she eased our minds and guided us through the difficulty. She knew just what to say and whom to contact. She was very positive and encouraging. The listing agent for the home we purchased through Steve Horn was Phyllis Garfinkel. We also found Phyllis to be very pleasant and helpful to work with during the weeks we were looking and during the period form contract to closing. I’m writing to sing the praises of Phyllis Garfinkel.  She helped me purchase my villa in Village Walk and then sell my home in Deer Creek.  There were many stressful times during the 10-month process (for me!), however, Phyllis always remained the epitome of calm professionalism, expert knowledge, and emotional support.  As I look back, I don’t know how I could have gone through the process of buying/selling without her.  Phyllis happens to be a personal friend of mine, and because of that I felt she was going above and beyond with all she did for me; however, I honestly suspect she does that for all her clients!  Phyllis is most certainly a wonderful representative of Michael Sanders & Company!

I had the pleasure of purchasing my new home with Phyllis Garfinkel!  I had been looking at homes with another company/realtor and was not having any luck.  I felt he wasn’t listening to my needs or showing me homes in a timely manner.  I then had the pleasure of meeting Phyllis.  I asked her if she could help me, she not only showed professionalism, she showed genuine interest in helping me.  She listened to my needs and made sure to show me all that was available in my budget.  She made me feel like I was her most important client!  Her commitment to finding my new home was profound.  She made me feel like I was family, I not only found a realtor, I found a friend!!!  She walked me through all the paperwork, answered all questions, helped me find professional people to help with my closing needs.  I knew I was in good hands. 

Phyllis was instrumental in helping us find a realtor in our home state of Maryland where we needed to sell our property before moving to Florida. Phyllis directed us to a realtor in our MD area that listened to us and helped us sell our house very quickly.  Without Phyllis' help, I don't think our dream to move to Polo Run would have happened so easily. Phyllis was our "eyes" on watching our home be built.  It was nice to know that she was doing this so that we could take care of other things in Maryland. It was our pleasure to work with someone as special as Phyllis. Kind RegardsRhonda Connell 

Once again we were so happy to work with Phyllis Garfinkle.  We have known Phyllis for over twenty years. Twenty years ago she found Winding    Oaks for us and sold it when we moved to Mistletoe Lane.  Just a few months ago she sold our home on Longboat  Key.  Needless to say, we love her personally and respect her professionally.   My husband and I were so fortunate to work with her again.
