My husband and I have purchased 5 homes in our lives, and dealt with different agents each time. When we came to Florida, Sara Boudarga was recommended by good friends. From the very first meeting, I knew she was listening carefully to us as we toured MANY homes, gently guiding us toward our forever home. We originally started out with another realtor, but realized we were missing the relationship piece which is crucial since this is a lengthy process. We have built a few homes and we know that it is important to have an agent that you can trust and is working on your behalf. Also, knowledge is key and Ms Boudarga knows real estate and construction. We were absentee builders, as we lived in New Jersey and she went above and beyond her scope of duties. Linda ended up being so much more than just a realtor.  We were new to the area and Linda spent a lot of time taking us around different areas to help us get acclimated to the area and the various neighborhoods.  She has a solid understanding of everything that is Sarasota, which really helped us with our search.  Linda’s assistant Chantelle was also a pleasure to work with.  Overall a very pleasant experience and of course we purchase a great home in the neighborhood we loved! 

Working with Sara to find our perfect vacation home was a delight! Being several thousand miles away should have been an issue and made our house-hunting difficult, but Sara took the time to understand our needs and wants and made sure that we were fully informed and educated on the Sarasota/Bradenton market every step of the way. She was able to accommodate our schedules for showings and was available whenever we had a question. Well, we just received the $$ a short time ago, so I guess our work together on this project is just about over.  I’m going to miss talking and working with all of you.
