Sean provided excellent customer service. I lived outside of Florida and he helped me narrow down my focus on locations and types of property based upon my criteria. He brought me around to several neighborhoods, resales and new construction. I eventually settled on new construction which is in a great community with all the amenities I was seeking and close to my mother.

We reached out to Sean somewhat out of the blue as a friend knew of him. We are located in KY and decided to purchase a condo on LBK. Sean has been great during the entire process. He has been extremely responsive along the way. The technology that he and Michael Saunders & Company use have been great using the dotloop app for signing documents and the software to schedule appointments. While Sean was on vacation he let us work with Cindy and she was great as well during review of several properties. Sean also helped recommend a great home inspector and helped us navigate the FL insurance challenges coming from out of state and had some recommendation on companies to get quotes from. We used MSC Title and Kate was great to work with as well and closing went VERY smooth. All in all we were VERY satisfied and would highly recommend Sean, Cindy, Kate and the rest of the team at Michael Saunders & Company we might not have met.

I feel very fortunate because I couldn’t have chosen a better realtor than Sean Clark. Sean is very professional, smart, accommodating and handled my condo sale with expert advice. He was readily available if I had any questions or second thoughts. In the unusual times of coronavirus, I was locked into my new facility for health precaution. As a result Sean worked double duty in my stead : interviewing air conditioner vendors getting potential invoices and when I chose which one Sean was there for the instillation. The same on-site help for moving some of my furniture to concession. I can’t even remember how many times he gracefully and willingly handled the errands that I would normally be expected to take care of. Sean’s advice on pricing the condo and getting it ready for showing, including overseeing painting the walls a more neutral color, was right on. The result, during a period of low condo sales, was that I did get the price I had hoped to get. Sean repeatedly drove to my facility to get signatures , keys, and closing documents.
