Everything we asked of him he responded quickly and provided accurate information. Being new to this area we had plenty of questions. He always responded professionally. What we appreciated most is when he did not have the most accurate information he told us that and proceeded to get the information sources he needed to give us the correct information quickly. If your looking for a realtor that knows the North Port and Port Charlotte area then Sergei is your guy. We had very little time to find a home since we were being transferred here from Indianapolis. He lined up several properties for us to look at. Luckily we found our perfect home within a day or two. He handled everything in the process and always answered my texts and calls. When we called him in November of 2019 he responded quickly. All during the purchase of the home we had more questions than probably most of his clients do. However he handled them extremely well. He most always had the correct answers and when he did not have the answer he told us that and did his research to get us the correct and knowledgeable answer. My rating is excellent.
