Larry and I want to thank Sheila for sticking with us. We started in 2012 looking for a small place to call our own as snowbirds. For 2 years we stayed in touch and whenever we were in Florida (Port Charlotte) and wanted to look around we contacted Sheila, told her what we wanted and she always accommodated our wishes. Our most recent success was when we purchased our home this past August. Sheila guided us through all the paperwork and processes that new home owners have to go through and made it all understandable. Then, when we had to return to our home state shortly after, she continued to work with us long distance and "electronically" to close the deal on our winter home. She completed the final walk-through before closing, took pictures of the home, and gave us all the names and numbers of contacts in Florida for us to take ownership. I know that sometimes new owners can be nervous and worrisome but her assurances and help in everything gave us the feeling that we were being taken care of right. When we narrowed down our area and I flew into town to view properties she lined up all the showings I requested and spent time with me at each property. When it came time to make an offer she helped me line up financing, the house inspection and all the details. She was always a pleasure to work with.

We recently sold our home and purchased a new home with Sheila Meeks.
