We recently sold our family home in Sarasota, Florida, with the professional assistance of Leslie Emery and Aaron Corr. We currently live in Perth, Western Australia, so the sale of our home involved many unique challenges due to the 13-hour time difference between our current home and Sarasota, and the fact that it was not physically possible for us to return to the U.S. at any time during this process. Leslie and Aaron made themselves available to us whenever it was requested, regardless of whether it was late at night or well before the start of a traditional work day. They provided us with ongoing market intelligence and remotely ‘held our hands’ as we worked our way through the offer process and prepared for the sale to close.
