My wife, Cheryl, and I recently completed the sale of our home in University Park Country Club and purchased a new home in the Esplanade in Lakewood Ranch. We had spent twenty years in our UPCC home after moving every 2-3 years during the previous 30 years. Bernadette Caswell and Linda Driggs worked with us to sell and Bernadette worked on the new purchase. Even with the vast experience of the prior moves, Cheryl and I were very apprehensive about moving after twenty years. I am writing to let you know that Bernadette and Linda were superb throughout the process and we could not have been more pleased with the results. They were tenacious, thoughtful, creative and more than met all our expectations. The UPCC home was not an easy sell and we needed more than a little bit of luck.
