My favorite part of real estate is working with luxury buyers, especially those looking to build new, and listing homes with unique features, high quality finishes, or drop-dead gorgeous views. These are the homes I get excited about. I’ve listed and sold new construction developments and resale properties throughout Sarasota, Longboat Key, Lido Key, Downtown Sarasota, and east county neighborhoods such as Lakewood Ranch. I've formed and maintained close relationships with developer insiders to make sure that my customers are well cared for during the construction process.

I'm honored to say I've built my business almost solely upon the trust and referrals from my previous customers. Most of my buyers are looking for second homes, retiring, or relocating to the area as a means to a healthier lifestyle for their family. When looking to sell their property, I'm also happy to say nearly all of my customers have called on me to list and resell for them. I take great care to make sure there is abundant communication, accurate pricing recommendations, sharp negotiating, and little effort on the seller’s part.

I was born and raised in Chicago, IL. I attended Eastern Illinois University with a major in business marketing. I followed my family to Lakewood Ranch in 2000 and never left. I absolutely love the lifestyle it affords us. I started my career in 2002 at the Coldwell Banker Previews office on Longboat key but ultimately Michael Saunders & Company in Lakewood Ranch became home. I enjoy being outdoors, dining, playing tennis, boating to sandbars and waterfront restaurants, exploring Florida, attending events and shows with my husband and little girl, and taking my English Goldendoodle biking or to the beach at sunset. I love consistently giving back to the local community through the company’s Foundation, our church, and afar to various children's charities such as St Jude and One Child Matters.
