Prior to her real estate career, Kathy enjoyed many years of success working in corporate America for Xerox Corporation in Rochester, New York. After leaving Xerox Corporation, Kathy founded and owned her own advertising agency, where she was president and creative director for eight years before following her husband Ken on a three-year assignment in Tokyo, Japan, where she taught English.

Kathy’s breadth of experience and talent in creative design have greatly assisted buyers in the re-sale and new-home construction arena by helping them with site selection and assisting with interior design choices that will stand the test of time. She also takes special care to assist home sellers in preparing their home for the market to show in the best light possible and achieve the best sales price.
