Alongside his wife and business partner, Cheryl, who was a top producer in Tennessee real estate for over 35 years, the pair are an influential force in the Lakewood Ranch and Manatee County market.

Paul worked for 14 years in marketing and sales at IBM when it was widely perceived as one of the top marketing and sales organizations in the world. He also spent 20+ years as a Management Consultant and IT Executive at McKinsey & Company, the top global management consulting firm. While he was there, he learned how to communicate well, influence others, and practice a fact-based approach to business analysis and problem-solving. These skills have served him well, now into his fifth year in Gulf Coast real estate and already boasting an impressive luxury home resale in a community known for competitive new construction. Paul has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the College of Engineering at Kansas State University.

Originally from the Midwest, Paul has been married to Cheryl for over 25 years, the couple has five children from previous marriages as well as nine grandchildren. They live in Lakewood Ranch Country Club and enjoy taking advantage of the area’s exceptional outdoor recreation and exceptional community amenities.
