Originally from Romania, Sica emigrated to the United States in 1987 and speaks fluent French, Italian, and Romanian. She is known in the industry for ‘taking Florida real estate international’, participating in global trade shows in Dubai, Abu-Dhabi, London, Birmingham, Madrid, Bogota and Amsterdam. She is skilled at forming relationships with foreign customers and partnering with other real estate professionals to find the right buyers for the right properties. Her goal is nothing less than total satisfaction.

Sica entered the real estate field in San Francisco as an investor. She restored and renovated homes with care and precision and sold them. Upon moving to Orlando in 1990, she got her real estate license and worked with Sotheby’s International Realty. Around the same time, she jumped on the opportunity to start a development project at the Black Sea in Romania, comprised of 120 apartments in the first American-Romanian gated community. As such, she became a broker, started her own company, and has felt fortunate to make her living in real estate ever since.

Rounding out her resume, Sica is an MBA graduate of International Resort and Hotel Management UniSA in 2002 and has a BA from the University of Art and Architecture in San Francisco.

Beyond working with buyers and sellers, Sica loves to write and is drafting her first book, enjoys dance and travel, and as once a restauranteur and a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, she enjoys preparing and sharing a great meal with friends.
