Venice Concert Band – Holiday Joy
Both holidays are celebrated as the Venice Concert Band performs many of the traditional sounds of the season. You will also be treated to a few selections with happy and surprising twists.

Sarasota Boat Parade of Lights
First begun in 1986, the Sarasota boat parade brings spectators of all ages to marvel at the intricately decorated and lighted boats. Arrive early to claim the best spot, bring snacks, and chairs enjoy the light show of the season. The boat parade begins around 6 p.m. from City Island. And you can find the best viewing at City Island and Bayfront Park/Marina Jack’s in downtown Sarasota.

Santa On Main Street
You will find festive lighting displays to bring the sparkle to your child’s eyes, even Santa himself will be here, taking photos at the Christmas tree, spreading loads of Christmas joy, and sharing that all-familiar laugh.

Sarasota Farmers Market – Holiday Night Market
Guests are invited to stroll through twinkling lights and special holiday decor as they witness the popular Sarasota Farmers Market transformed under the sunset and evening sky. Stop by to see your favorite Market Vendors for last-minute gifts (and delicious eats!) while listening to festive live music by popular local bluegrass/Americana band, Passerine.
