Michael Saunders & Company’s Mid-Longboat Key office’s real estate agents will soon move to the company’s larger South Longboat Key office 3½ miles away, bringing all its island agents under one roof.
The company’s recently renovated two-story office at 440 Gulf of Mexico Drive provides a spacious, welcoming environment that will benefit agents, customers and the community.
“The agents at both offices have always worked closely together with a shared goal of providing excellence in service and exceeding customer expectations by networking, helping each other and sharing market knowledge,” said Sharon Gould, manager of Michael Saunders & Company’s two Longboat Key offices. “They will now have even more opportunity to serve the real estate needs of the community as a group of dedicated real estate professionals.”
Founder and CEO Michael Saunders said the move reflects the 47-year-old independent real estate company’s collaborative culture and will create greater synergy among the Longboat Key sales team.
“By working closely together, we support each other and share experiences, all with the goal of providing outstanding service to our customers in the best way possible. Simply put, we know we are stronger together,” Saunders said.
The move to the office at 440 Gulf of Mexico Drive will be completed by May 31.
