We had a great turnout for our last Virtual Open House and are doing it again.
Come to our next virtual event on Sunday, May 31st from 2 PM – 3 PM EST.
What’s a virtual open house?
It’s your chance to view properties for sale from the comfort of your own home. We will post links online to all participating agents’ live tours as they’re happening.
You can interact with the agents live in the comments section of the tour. You can also watch the tours after at the same link.
During our last Virtual Open House event, we hosted more than 50 live video tours from Anna Maria Island to Manasota Key and reached customers from our tri-county region to the Northeast and as far away as Italy.
“Adversity tests people to bring out their best selves,” he says. “We had a job to do, to help people achieve their goals. If people had asked me, ‘Do you like to be on video and do that 10 times more than usual,’ I would have said no. [But] we had to be creative and get out of our comfort zone. I’m helping people stay informed. If I have to do that virtually, so be it.”

Virtual open houses are one of the many digital tools real estate agents are using to help buyers and sellers during this unprecedented time by meeting them where they feel most comfortable – at home.
“I invited my customers from Michigan to watch my virtual open house as a second showing, and to become more familiar with the community. They LOVED it, and said it gave them a better feel for all of the properties and the community. They called and made an offer, and we have an executed contract! I don’t think they would have moved forward without coming down to Florida had it not been for this opportunity for a second look and more information about the area.” – Beverly St. Hilaire, Realtor®, GRI
