As the Chief Marketing Officer of Michael Saunders & Company, Randall Graham oversees all planning, development, and execution of the company's brand strategy, advertising, public relations, promotions, and online presence. A seasoned marketing executive, he joins Michael Saunders & Company after a 17-year tenure as the VP of Marketing for The Ebby Halliday Companies, a 75-year-old full-service real estate company and respected Leading RE and Luxury Portfolio affiliate headquartered in Dallas, Texas.

Graham is a creative and strategic thinker, passionate about brand and culture, and is well-connected and respected among his peers in the global real estate community. He is currently an active member of The Realty Alliance MarTech Council and Luxury Portfolio Advisory Board. Michael Saunders has worked alongside Graham over the years on the Luxury Portfolio Advisory Board and has always considered him a great thought leader in real estate marketing. Now at the helm of MSC Marketing, he leverages his more than 25 years of experience to manage and inspire a nine-person team of marketing strategists, copywriters, and designers.

Prior to his career at Ebby Halliday, Graham was an entrepreneur. As vice president and founding partner at QuickSilver Interactive Group, he supervised a wide array of online, marketing, and PR activities for his clients and managed several residential, mortgage and commercial real estate accounts in Dallas. He was also a vice president at a large PR firm, during which time he relocated to Toronto to open and run its Canadian office. This diverse background managing campaigns for a variety of consumer and business-to-business companies positions MSC, its core services, and its more than 700 agents for success. To date, he has implemented dynamic and impactful marketing and media relations across the U.S. and internationally in Australia, Canada, Denmark, Hong Kong, and Russia.

Those who know Graham are struck by his eagerness to learn about the people, businesses, and organizations in his community. Before moving to Siesta Key with his wife, Myriam, he served on various boards and committees in his community, such as the board of governors for the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, and the board of directors and the executive committee for the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce, where he was also its communications chair.

Graham is a proud graduate of Texas Christian University. Though his preferred outdoor activities involve the mountains, skiing, hiking, and fly fishing, he's quickly adapting to the tropical recreation and amenities of Florida's Gulf Coast and takes every opportunity to get on the beach or out on the water.
