As a long-time Florida resident, Amy Drake was naturally drawn to two of the state's most important industries —housing and tourism. These dynamic businesses provided a platform for back-to-back careers in hospitality and real estate at two of the Gulf Coast's most renowned companies - Longboat Key Club, where she served as Vice President of Operations, then from 2003-2013 as Director of New Homes & Condomini... more.ums at Michael Saunders & Company. At the height of the market, she oversaw a team agents and staff who achieved $1.5+ billion in new home sales. She also spearheaded the formation of the MSC Foundation, instituting a year-round system of charitable giving – to date the Foundation has provided hundreds of thousands of dollars to area non-profits, improving the lives of so many in our community.

In 2014 Amy launched Property Perspectives Group, a luxury new homes brokerage firm, specializing in new construction projects in downtown Sarasota and Longboat Key; she successfully sold over $140 million in new product and earned the No. 1 position for average sales price in the Sarasota/Manatee MLS Region for 2016 and 2018. She has now returned to Michael Saunders & Company with EPOCH, a boutique community of just twenty-three residences. EPOCH’s spectacular Sarasota Bay views, large open plans, resort-style amenities, high-quality construction and walkable location make it like no other downtown community.

Amy’s colleagues and customers say she is an able communicator with a reputation for cultivating strong relationships that create positive outcomes for all stakeholders. Her diversified background, market expertise, data-driven insights, entrepreneurial zeal, tightly held values and focus on excellence, serve her customers well. She firmly believes that timely, thoughtful and high-energy service will always rule the day.
