Kim was our representative for our home purchase in Sarasota. Kim is such a professional and a pleasure to work with. At the very beginning when we were looking for homes during the Covid-19 pandemic, we mostly worked with Kim through phone calls because we live in southern CA. When we found a home we were interested in, we contacted Kim to see if she could go look at it for us. She made contact with the seller and arranged for a FaceTime walk through the house. Kim was able to build a good rapport with the home seller, and she facilitated resolutions for both us and the home seller. Kim was able to guide us through the initial offer stage to the final escrow process with ease and professionalism. Kim is extremely knowledgeable of the area, and we are so happy to have worked with her.

Six years ago Kim helped me find my first home in Sarasota. Coming from upstate NY I had no knowledge of the area and thus, little idea of where to land.
