She knows the process of homebuying and selling can be complicated and in all things, she handles her business with honesty, class, dignity, and professionalism. A resident of Bradenton, she’s lived the dream of moving to Florida’s Gulf Coast and aims to make that a reality for those she touches.
Jennifer grew up on a small farm outside of Kansas City, MO, spending much of her life in Kansas City before moving to Fort Wayne, IN. She started her real estate career in 1994 and most recently worked with North Eastern Group Realty where she was the transaction coordinator for a team of five agents, responsible for the successful handling of 145 transactions per year as well as working with her own buyers and sellers. She was known for her strong communication skills, ability to organize a team, and always completing the task at hand successfully. She also has experience working with builders and developers, as she assisted her parents in developing a housing edition /neighborhood in Missouri. What’s more, she managed her family’s self-storage facility for nine years, where she learned the value of being available and effective 24/7.
Artistic by nature, Jennifer received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Central Missouri. She enjoys painting, crafting, decorating, and designing. She’s married to her husband, Jeff, and together they have two boys in their 20’s, Sean and Bryan. She is also a member of P.E.O, celebrating the advancement of women. In her spare time, you can catch Jennifer enjoying the great outdoors of southwest Florida.
