Bambi Utton, Realtor®

I wanted to express my appreciation for the outstanding job Bambi Utton did on the recent sale of my Dad’s house in Venice, Florida. I live the in Orlando area. After the death of my Dad’s wife last December we moved my Dad to an Assisted Living Facility near my home to allow my brother and I to visit him frequently. Since it was very difficult for me to travel to Venice to check on the home, Bambi went above and beyond to make sure the house was safe and secure. She arranged on several occasions to have workers repair and install things and even helped fill the pool once when it got too low for the pump to safely run. She was very helpful with advice and very patient when two offers fell through. I don’t know what I would have done without her.

Please be advised that Michael Saunders did a great job in selling my mother’s home. Bambi Utton was our sales associate, and she worked really hard, and did an excellent job. I like the fact that Michael Saunders has its own title company. Everything went fast and perfect. Our thanks to Bambi Utton for helping us sell a home in a very depressed market.

We recently closed on the sale of our condo in the Plantation on Venice. Bambi did an outstanding job of showing the condo and her client ended up making the purchase after we had returned to Michigan. In particular she and Ford took care of getting rid of clothes, food,etc. which we were unable to do. This was much appreciated!! All in all ,my wife and I could highly recommend her.
