She was recommended to us by a friend, Mark Spiegel, who had purchased a condo in Sarasota in 2018. I first contacted Barabra in late 2020 and talked with her about the Sarasota real estate market and our interest in purchasing a condo there. We came down to Sarasota in early March after we had been vaccinated and spent some time with Barbara looking at different properties. Based on our earlier discussions with her, she made very good choices of the properties that we looked at. The one that we wound up buying just came on the market while we were in Sarasota, and Barbara called me the night before to make a change in the following day's schedule to see this condo. This condo fit our needs perfectly, and we made an offer the next day that was accepted. We will certainly recommend Barbara to any of our friends that might be considering purchases in the Sarasota area.
