She later began her professional career in tax and accounting. Since the year 2000, she has been selling residential real estate with an emphasis on corporate relocation. Whether her customers are coming into the area or transferring out, a smooth transaction with an expert negotiator is the key to a successful transition. ...less.
Recently, Diane and I had the privilege of working with Kathleen Griffin in the selling of our home and the buying of another in the Venice area. Following an exhaustive search of possibilities and an excellent offer on our property, we decided to reject that offer and terminate the contract to sell our home. The reason being, we decided that our current location afforded us the best possible situation at this point in our lives. Throughout our search, Kathleen was professionally patient, generous with her time, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Because of her demeanor and our experience, we will recommend her to our friends and neighbors alike. We commend Michael Saunders & Company for employing Kathleen as a representative of your Realty Firm and wish to express our gratitude for her service.
Kathleen was absolutely wonderful in helping with the sale of my Moms condo. I could not have done it without her, she helped us get top dollar for the condo and then managed the entire transaction flawlessly. She helped me with all my questions and concerns. It was a very traumatic move for my 85 year old Mom and Kathleen treated her with such kindness and was truly concerned about my Moms feelings during the entire transaction. Kathleen is a wonderful agent who goes above and beyond for her clients.
As a homeowner for many years, I simply never realized how important and valuable the right realtor was for the sale of my home until we were blessed with the services of Kathleen Griffin and the team at Michael Saunders. My wife and I are convinced that the initial preparation, staging, and choosing the right team is what makes it happen. Not only did it happen, but it happened the first day the home was on the market. As the saying goes “it don’t get no better than that”. So often it can be the little things that matter, in our case, it was not only the attention to detail, things we never considered, but it was the professional demeanor exhibited and the way the entire process was managed. Thank you Kathleen, keep up the good work.
