Kelly Quigley, REALTOR®

A longtime resident of Sarasota and a business school graduate of the University of Florida, Kelly Quigley brings more than 20 years of local market knowledge to her customers. Her deep roots in Sarasota, impressive real estate credentials, and an extensive background in business and marketing make her a tremendous asset to her clients and customers.

Prior to entering the real estate profession, Kelly built her career at Northern Trust Bank, ultimately earning the position of Second Vice President of Marketing. Since becoming a Realtor, she has developed a thriving business and created a loyal following among her clients, thanks to her special focus on luxury waterfront properties. Working with an equal number of buyers and sellers, including international clients, she specializes in communities west of Tamiami Trail—including those in and around Harbor Acres, Oyster Bay and The Landings; as well as Palmer Ranch and Siesta, Lido and Longboat Keys.

Highly organized and efficient, Kelly is ranked among the top 2% of local Realtors and was responsible for the highest number of unit sales in the Palmer Ranch office of Michael Saunders & Company for the past two years. In addition, she has been voted a winner of the Five-Star Real Estate Agent/Best in Client Satisfaction Award—issued annually by Sarasota Magazine—for the past six years.

Married to Tom, Kelly is the busy mother of three—two girls and a boy. She is actively involved in Southside Elementary School, where she served as president of the Parent-Teachers Association through 2010, and sat on its executive board for six years. Currently she is serving on the school’s Advisory Council. As such, she enjoys helping families new to the area become fully oriented to the community and its amazing array of public and private schools; as well as out-of-school recreational and cultural activities.
