Kristy has extensive, hands-on knowledge about the new home construction industry, as she and her husband, James, started their own construction business in 2004. Beyond her professional background, Kristy has three teenage children, Vanessa, Vance and Vaughn. She finds it very rewarding to share her knowledge of schools to her clients, as she has children in both public and private schools. She knows the importance of getting her clients in the right school district, which is a significant factor in relocating for a buyer and a marketing tool for a seller.

Kristy’s life is rich with family, faith and community. She is passionate about being an advocate for special needs children within the county school system, as one of her own children has disabilities. She is a big fan of The Ryan Callahan Foundation, whose non-profit organization brings an unforgettable hockey experience to children battling cancer. Kristy enjoys watching the Tampa Bay Lightning, volunteering with the youth at her church and cherishes her life journey with family and friends.
