My home purchase is still in process but Kristy has been so efficient, so professional and so helpful, I am moved to publicly thank and recommend her even before we get to closing. I live in New Mexico and am purchasing a second home in the Sarasota. From the onset, Kristy has proven exceptional in ascertaining my needs and interests and referring only appropriate listings via her portal. Once a good candidate home was located, she was a great representative in negotiating price and, following contract, has been proactive and helpful in in arranging inspections and estimates for repairs (the sellers preferred to give a credit at closing vs taking care of things themselves).
