Ms. Naese did a tremendous job researching potential properties for our new home and spent countless hours organizing our showings in a logical and efficient manner. My family was looking to move from Wisconsin to Florida and we were unsure of where we wanted to live. We had family in Naples and was referred to Laura by a friend of the family. I cannot thank Laura enough for all she has done for my family and the transition. If it was not for her we most likely would have not made the move. When I first met Laura she not only educated me on the area and the housing market but spent the entire day showing me the area and what it had to offer (schools, beaches, etc.) that would support my family and children who were still in school. She would continue to send me updates on home sales to Wisconsin on a daily basis, showing me exactly what we were looking for and not trying to sell us something not in our price range. Once we came down and selected a home, she was great on negotiating the best price for us. She then went above and beyond in getting the inspection done and taking care of the home until we could get down here. Laura has been far and away the best real estate agent we have dealt with, She prepared for our first meeting by trying to understand and anticipate our needs. She helped us discover the area and understand the dynamics of the market as we tried to determine to build or buy an existing home. After our offer was accepted she helped make sure all steps were taken in a timely manner by all parties. After the closing she continued to make sure all was in place and our needs as newcomers to the area were being met.
