I was recommended and introduced to our agent by my sister who has known Peter Salefsky for many years. Peter was very professional and really did a good job listening to what our needs were. He also did a really good job involving other agents.  (JoDene was the listing agent)  He introduced us to her and made us feel confident that all our needs were considered. Another aspect of the transition was the Title Company we used from Peter's referral.  He introduced us to David Russell. David is an Escrow Closer with the Roknich Law Firm in Sarasota. This gave us so much confidence and trust that all was being handled in such a professional manner. Our Closing was done in less than 30 Days and Peter was on top of everything.   Of course, we have to mention how happy we are to have met Peter, what an outstanding person. The real deal.  Every person I met from Michael Saunders & Company was just as nice as the last. What luck for us that my husband Jim thought to inquire about a property, very early in our search that was listed by Sue Brown. The die was cast; we wore her out along with her very charming, ever positive partner Peter Salefsky. Months and months, contract after contract, we struggled through.
