Susan was sympathetic to the plight of two Brits who had no experience of selling property in Florida and was understanding of our slightly different approach as sellers when it came to the successful sale.  I would like to express the deep appreciation of Susan Brooker. Susan took us through the sale of my house in Plantation. Her professionalism, and thorough consideration of every detail, amazing. This was not an easy decision for me, but Susan made it as painless as possible. 

Let me start off by saying, during the listing of our home, my husband became very ill and passed away on January 16th.  All through that time (listing, taking off the market, then putting it back on, then the sale), Susan was so very supportive that I cannot say enough about how she helped me through the process.  This was a very difficult time and she worked me through all phases of selling, closing, and disposing of some furniture.   Both she and her son were wonderful!  I would recommend Susan to any person looking for a real estate broker.  Please pass on my appreciation for her help and friendship and let her know I am now happily in my new apartment at Village On The Isle.
