Susan Fox relocated to Sarasota in 1973 from Walled Lake, Michigan, and was one of the earliest agents with Michael Saunders & Company when she joined the new company at its first office on St. Armands in 1977. With high energy, a focus on stellar customer care and demonstrated expertise on the areas she serves, Susan has grown into one of the leading authorities in properties throughout Siesta Key, Longboat Key and mainland Sarasota—especially West of the Trail. In her spare time, Susan enjoys design and remodeling projects. She is also an avid gardener who specializes in growing fabulous roses.

Originally from North Carolina, Jon Fox joined Susan in 2001 as a partner in her successful residential real estate practice. With three decades of experience in owning, developing and managing various businesses—including a commercial Longboat Key development company, a global ocean freight company and an international trading company—Jon has a wealth of professional and industry knowledge to complement his residential real estate career. In his spare time, Jon enjoys golfing, swimming and running.

Susan and Jon Fox are the proud parents of four successful children. Meghan Foley Leiter, a former agent with Michael Saunders & Company, is currently with Baird Warner, a Christie’s International Real Estate broker in Chicago. Andrew Foley is working on his master’s degree in real estate development at NYU and enjoys a position with Denham Wolf Real Estate Services. Alexandra Fox is a comedy writer and performer in Hollywood. Nicholas Fox is an active author in New Orleans, and is in the process of writing his third novel.
