A Sarasota resident for over 40 years, Tammy Mast brings a wealth of local market and community knowledge to her clients. With over two decades in the legal field, construction industry and real estate market, Tammy developed the ability to negotiate and prepare legally binding real estate contracts, while working at the Sarasota County Courthouse and State of Florida Public Defender’s Office. She also acquired the capability to show and discuss the different building aspects of homes when she and her husband started their own construction business in 1997, Mast Masonry. Their construction business lead them to the masonry construction of many multi-million dollar waterfront homes from Anna Maria, Longboat Key, Lido Key, West of the Trail, Siesta Key, Casey Key to Manasota Key, and other Florida cities. Their accomplishments include homes built for major corporations and private business owners, CEO/CFOs, major sports figures, celebrities, investors, politicians, and other luxury home owners.

Tammy was born in Ohio and moved to Sarasota when she was three years old, where she later attended local primary schools: Alta Vista Elementary, Fruitville Elementary, Sarasota Christian School, and graduated from Sarasota High School. She met and married her husband in Sarasota, where they are raising their five wonderful children. She was a stay-at-home mom for 15 years while helping her husband with their masonry business. She is passionate about education and served on the Sarasota Christian School Board of Directors for six years. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling—having traveled to 47 states, all Caribbean islands, Canada, Mexico and all Western European countries—reading, shopping, dining and living in paradise with the best white sandy beaches in the world. Her extended family owns Jayco Trailer Company.
