Tammy hung in there for ~7 months until we could get this deal done. Given this was a repossession, she was very timely with her responses, and provided really good suggestions about how to bid on on-line auctions and how to negotiate our way through the subsequent and inexplicable delays from the title company and selling bank.
Tammy sold our Sarasota home so we could move to Iowa to be close family. She stayed in contact with us and provided feedback from all of our showings. We are not tech savvy and she made sure to stop in and visit with us and update us on the sale of our home.
